M5Build is M5Capital's venture activation program for the AI era — a business foundation each founder can operate, grow and keep. This is the working reference: the shell, the memory rule, the interchangeable wallet stack, the marketplace test, and the full sponsor and direct-pay pricing.
01 Two ways to participate
Sponsor-funded
An employer, fund, foundation, community, donor pool or corporate partner funds a defined activation outcome — not access to the participant's identity, records or conversations.
Direct-pay
A founder or company purchases the level of activation, launch or consulting support it needs, and adds more as the business grows.
02 M5Shell — the venture-owned operating layer
M5Shell brings the venture together without requiring every founder to use the same software, model or cloud. The company keeps tools that work, replaces tools that do not, and adds capabilities through M5-OpenAPI while its identity, records, memory and operating context stay under its control.

03 Business memory + the private AI team
The rule. The Marketplace supplies capabilities. The venture keeps its business memory. The M5POD / private office is the authoritative location for records and approved context; search indexes, vector stores and knowledge graphs rebuild from that source.

Company-owned named agents
Agents the venture names and configures for its own jobs, knowledge scope, approved tools and human checkpoints — part of the operating system, not a generic chatbot.

M5 maps the job first, then recommends or connects the best-fit capability through M5-OpenAPI. Private chat is not automatically corporate memory — decisions, summaries, tasks and records are deliberately committed to the relevant business project, and offline records reconcile after reconnect.

M5 owns the account architecture and user relationship; wallet, signing, stablecoin and settlement providers remain selectable underneath the M5Wallet interface. A founder can change providers without redesigning identity, permissions, workflows, memory or the operating record.

M5 is vendor-agnostic. Marketplace entries are presented by fit — a client may choose open-source, open-weight, self-hosted, local, private-cloud, commercial or managed tools. A provider may be recommended for a deployment without becoming a permanent dependency.

07 Sponsor her build
Sponsorship funds a defined outcome — not access to the participant's data. Volume and private-cohort structures can be scoped for corporations, foundations, funds, institutions, communities and regional partners, including sector cohorts in health, finance, biotech, manufacturing or energy.

The objective is not one giant cohort or one sponsor. The network scales through many sponsor partners, direct-pay founders, private industry cohorts, regional programs and trained M5Agents.
